In 1992, George was charged with planning and executing the entry of McCain Foods into the Greek food market. Working from his home kitchen, and without an office or corporate support, George managed to grow McCain into the undisputed market leader in both the Food Service and Retail markets in Greece, with a further expansion into the Balkans coming under his oversight in 2006.
